The research involves more steps, consisting in market analysis under a general context, competitive market analysis in relation to SWOT analysis, potential customers’ identification and profile. Research is used in order to create a marketing and communication strategy to develop the company’s activity, as well as to structure a marketing and communication plan to increase brand visibility and sales on the targeted markets.
We made for Nesst Romania Foundation – within the famous competition Made in the Country of Andrei – the analysis of market opportunities offered by the economic environment in Bucharest and Constanţa, for a social economics entity. It was an interesting and challenging project.
“Made in the Country of Andrei” is the social business competition organized by OMV Petrom together with NESsT Foundation. Made in the Country of Andrei offers financing, consulting and training with experts in order to create social business producing value, solving social problems and offering jobs in the communities targeted by the project. Thus, OMV Petrom supports, through education and financial support, people with initiative to develop businesses generating economic and social value.
